Local SEO Helpers works to improve visibility, structure, relevance, and search performance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, exact traffic numbers, lead volume, sales, revenue, or Google Maps positions. Search engines are controlled by third party companies, and their algorithms can change at any time.
To complete SEO work properly, clients may need to provide accurate business information, website access, Google Business Profile access, hosting access, CMS access, brand details, service details, location details, images, approvals, and timely feedback.
The client is responsible for making sure all information provided to Local SEO Helpers is accurate, legal, and owned by the client or properly licensed. Delays in providing access, information, approvals, or feedback may delay the project timeline and results.
Some SEO tasks may require access to your website, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, hosting account, WordPress dashboard, or other tools. You agree to provide access only when you are authorized to do so.
Local SEO Helpers will use provided access only for agreed work. Clients are responsible for managing passwords, user roles, account permissions, billing settings, and account ownership. We recommend using secure user access instead of sharing personal passwords whenever possible.
Paid services begin only after the client approves the service scope and completes the required payment, unless another written arrangement is agreed. Payment terms, pricing, billing cycle, and due dates will be mentioned in the proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
Monthly SEO services are usually billed in advance unless both sides agree otherwise. If payment is late, Local SEO Helpers may pause work, reporting, support, content updates, or campaign activity until payment is received.
SEO work requires research, planning, execution, team time, tools, and ongoing effort. Because of this, payments for completed work, active monthly services, audits, strategy work, content work, technical work, and approved deliverables are generally non refundable.
If a refund request is made, Local SEO Helpers will review it based on the service status, completed work, project scope, and communication history. Any approved refund will be handled at our discretion and may exclude work already completed or costs already incurred.
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing monthly SEO services by contacting Local SEO Helpers in writing. Cancellation terms may depend on the approved proposal, billing cycle, project stage, and work already scheduled or completed.
If a client cancels during an active billing period, Local SEO Helpers may complete the remaining approved work for that billing period, but unused time or partially completed monthly work may not be refundable unless agreed in writing.
Any timeline shared by Local SEO Helpers is an estimate based on the project scope, available access, workload, client response time, and technical requirements. SEO timelines may change if additional issues are discovered, access is delayed, approvals are late, or third party platforms create unexpected limitations.
Local SEO Helpers will make reasonable efforts to complete work on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the client, hosting providers, website platforms, plugins, developers, Google systems, or other third party services.
SEO content, page updates, metadata, headings, keyword targeting, and related recommendations may be created by Local SEO Helpers as part of the agreed service. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before or after publishing, depending on the agreed workflow.
The client confirms that any business claims, service details, pricing, guarantees, licenses, testimonials, images, or legal statements provided to Local SEO Helpers are accurate and allowed to be used on the website.
Our work may involve third party tools and platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, WordPress, hosting services, SEO tools, citation platforms, plugins, page builders, and reporting tools.
Local SEO Helpers is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, ranking changes, account suspensions, data delays, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third party tools or platforms.
Google Business Profile SEO may include improving business information, service targeting, local relevance, category suggestions, profile structure, posts, images, review guidance, and local visibility support.
Local SEO Helpers does not control Google Business Profile approval, verification, suspension, reinstatement, ranking, review removal, map placement, or policy decisions. These decisions are controlled by Google.
If review support is included in a service, Local SEO Helpers may provide guidance to help clients request genuine customer reviews and improve reputation signals. We do not create fake reviews, buy reviews, or encourage review activity that violates platform rules.
The client is responsible for following review policies on Google and other platforms.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service connected to that claim.
